This document is a product of Fedir Moroz(“we”, “us”, “our”), creator of the “Bible by Heart” Application.

We collect certain personally identifiable information you provide to improve user experience, including but not limited to username and e-mail. The app does not send your information via the Internet without your permission, and until then, is stored locally.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use the best means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This service may contain links to other sites, including but not limited Bible translations services, If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. HOW CAN YOU DELETE THE DATA YOU PROVIDED

There are two type of data we might collect: local(on your device) and shared data(sent via Internet to our servers)

Local data you provide is stored only on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App. The data you choose to share, such as on authorization or synchronization can be removed by your request inside the app or by contacting us at mail@ted9.xyz
